Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in its original packaging.
  • Product should not have been used, altered, or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Return Process
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@audglasni.com or call (908) 806-2231. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and the items you wish to return. Once we receive this information, we will send you return instructions and a return shipping label.

3. Refund Process
After we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return eligibility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds do not include the original shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs. Please provide pictures of the damaged item for our records.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is defective or damaged. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
