Refund and Return Policy for Audglasni Sports Equipment

At Audglasni, we are committed to providing you with high-quality sports equipment and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as simple as possible. Please read the following Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on all items purchased from our website, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The product is not a final sale item (such as personalized or customized products, or items marked as non-returnable).
If the above conditions are met, you may return the product for a refund or exchange. Returns received after the 30-day window or in a condition that does not meet the criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item
To return a product, follow these simple steps:
Contact Us: Before returning your item, please reach out to our customer service team at info@audglasni.com or call (908) 806-2231 to request a return authorization (RA) number. You will need this number to process your return.
Pack the Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging. Please include all accessories, tags, and manuals, if applicable.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.
Ship the Item: Once you receive the RA number, send the item back to us at the following address:

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Please note that:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) returned, but shipping charges are not included.
- If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or outside the 30-day return window), we may reject your return or offer you a partial refund.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, you can follow the same return process above. Once we receive your return, we will send you the replacement item, provided it is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternative solutions, including a full refund or credit toward another product.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@audglasni.com or call (908) 806-2231. We will arrange for a pre-paid return label to return the defective or damaged item at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, we will either:
- Send you a replacement item, or
- Issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Please make sure to provide clear photographs of the defect or damage when contacting us to expedite the process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
7. Restocking Fee
In some cases, Audglasni reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on returned items that are not defective or damaged. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
